Thoughts on Isolation 22 March 2020.

2:00pm on a Sunday. 28 degrees. Not a surfer in the water, not a soul on the sand.

Bondi made the news for all the wrong reasons as scenes of Friday night revelry were used to paint the local/tourist community as selfish and irresponsible. Blatant disregard for the instructions to isolate.

The next day, Saturday, the order came to close the beach, along with a police van to make the point.

And then Sunday - this was the scene. The eerie sight of the deserted beach. People seemingly getting the message.
